Dan Mocanu joins Her Personal™ as VP of Internet Marketing & Sales

LOS ANGELES, California - August 1, 2003 - Dan Mocanu, joins Her Personal™ Feminine Care Products, Inc., to drive and lead the marketing and sales efforts. Dan brings a unique blend of experience from corporate to academia. He was a successful software engineer with Microsoft for nearly seven years and a prolific college science educator. He contributed to mission critical applications in Microsoft Research and Microsoft TV.

Joeleo Smith joins Her Personal™ as Director of Internet Operations

LOS ANGELES, California - January 2, 2003 - Her Personal™ Feminine Care Products, Inc. announced today that Joeleo Smith has joined Her Personal™ as Director of Internet Operations. He will be responsible for the overall direction of all Internet-related activities for Her Personal™.

Mr. Smith joins Her Personal™ from the SBC company smartpages where he was Technical Project Manager, leading and coordinating web projects for various funtionality of SBC "smartpages.com". Prior, Mr. Smith was an IT instructor with Sybase, California State University, Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Urban League. There he taught java, networking and database.
